Coaching is over video, so there is no list. I work with English-speaking men wherever they are - the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and across the UK. All you need is a quiet hour and a decent connection.
How do time zones work?
The booking calendar automatically shows every available slot in your own timezone. Pick one that suits your day - men book mornings, lunchtimes and evenings depending on where in the world they are.
Is online coaching as effective as in person?
Yes. The work is conversation - structured, honest, one to one - and it loses nothing over video. Many men find it easier to speak freely from their own space, and there is no commute to talk yourself out of. If you are in the UK and would rather meet face to face, in-person sessions in Harrogate are available too.
What do I need?
A private space, headphones if they help, and an hour you protect. The video link comes with your booking confirmation.
